About me
Well now…let’s see…what to tell about me? I enjoy the ocean breeze a mile or so from the beach in the southern part of California.
I became an obsessed plantaholic about a dozen yrs. ago while remodeling our house & renovating our yards.
More time is spent on the computer than should be, but it goes along with all my obsessions.
Photography & the processing of pix sometimes swallows up my time, but that happens when you enjoy snapping family, pets, and especially my plants!
Cacti & succulents are my current interest in plants. I like being a detective & identifying plants & am working on being a better gardener to care for my wards. I enjoy visiting with friends on forums (from the U.S. & abroad) that have similar interests.
I’ve entered the world of bowling in the past couple of years & have gotten better, though I could use more practice time.
I’m a non-practicing artist, but plan to remedy that in the time ahead. Getting back into watercolor painting would be grand!
My family (hubby, 2 teens, cat & dog, 2 horses) keep me hopping on a regular basis!
A friend suggested I change my middle name to “Hectic”. I previously was claiming “Sidetracked” as that one. “Crazy Busy” has become the norm for me!
Enough said!

Hi Rita! Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed my blog. I have been quite busy with additions of many animals the past 2 yrs (horses, stray dog who now has 7 puppies) & 2 sons starting college. It’s been tough keeping up. I hope to get back to this! Thank you for visiting!

Hello Rosemarie!
I found a link to your blog via a forum when I did a serach for Senecio articulatus f ‘Globosa’. The thing is, for some reason I’ve become obsessed with finding this plant (it’s gorgeous, just absolutely gorgeous), and it seems you have one. Is there aaany possibility I could somehow get a cutting from you, or do you know anyone else who might help me?

Hi Li! I’m sorry to say I no longer have that plant & don’t have any ideas where to get one. I’m sure I happened upon it at our local Home Depot store. Good luck finding one. Thanks for visiting!
